Our Story

Frank Hotels was formed in 2014 when we purchased Coastal Inn in downtown Long Beach Washington and soon after, Westport Inn in Westport, Washington. In 2016, we purchased Inn at the Shore in Seaside, Oregon. In 2017, Frank Hotels purchased Westshore Oceanfront Suites in Lincoln City, the Methow River Lodge & Cabins, and the Winthrop Inn, also on the Methow River in Winthrop Washington.

In 2019, Frank Hotels purchased Inn at the Sea in Long Beach, Westport Marina Cottages, and the Atomic Motel in Astoria. In summer of 2021, Frank Hotels purchased the Sea Jay Motel in Treasure Island, Florida. The motel has been fully remodeled and is now accepting reservations!

At Frank Hotels our philosophy is simple, it's to provide exceptional service, clean and well-maintained rooms, and provide a wonderful travel experience for our guests.

Company Policies

  • All guests in the party must be 18 or older unless the responsible party on the reservation is 21 and present during the stay. Kids 17 and under stay for free.
  • Atomic Motel, Winthrop Inn, Chewuch Inn and Cabins, Methow River Lodge and Cabins, West Beach Suites and Inn at the Sea offer a light breakfast.
  • 10% discount from regular rates for all active duty military when booked directly with proof of service in our military.
  • Guests who do not show for their stay will be charged for the entire reservation.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • No bachelor or bachelorette parties.
  • Policies vary between Frank Hotel properties.

  • Reservations cancelled under 72 hours are responsible for the entire reservation amount. Cancellation for special events have either a 7-day or 14-day cancellation policy to not be charged for the entire stay. Special event reservations cancelled under 7-14 days are responsible for the entire reservation.
  • Must provide Photo ID and credit card to reserve a room. If no CC, the guest must provide a $200.00 refundable deposit.
  • Please contact the hotel you are staying at to comfirm the pet policy.
  • Service dogs are allowed to stay free of charge. However, emotional support animals are not recognized by the ADA as service animals and fees do apply.
  • Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
  • No monthly rates.

Individual Property Policies

Inn at the Sea & Coastal Inn & Suites:

  • Deposits: No deposit is taken regardless of how guests' book, however, the full balance is taken three days prior to the arrival date.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: All reservations may be cancelled penalty-free up to three days prior to arrival. After that time, the entire reservation is charged with no refunds.
  • Cash: Cash payments accepted upon approval. However, guests who wish to pay for their reservation with cash are still required to make a 30% deposit (even third-party reservations). The remaining balance must be paid in cash at check in.

Atomic Motel, & Tillicum Beach Motel:

  • Deposits: No deposit is taken regardless of how guests' book, however, the full balance is taken three days prior to the arrival date.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: All reservations may be cancelled penalty-free up to three days prior to arrival. After that time, the entire reservation is charged with no refunds.

Methow River Lodge & Cabins and Winthrop Inn:

  • Deposits: A 30% deposit is required for reservations booked directly through us by phone or online; three days prior to arrival the balance of the reservation is processed. Third party reservations have no deposit taken however, three days prior to the arrival date they are charged in full.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: Winthrop Inn: All reservations can be cancelled penalty-free up until three days prior to arrival. After that time, the entire reservation is charged with no refunds. Methow River Lodge Rooms: All reservations can be cancelled penalty-free up until seven days prior to arrival. After that time, the entire reservation is charged with no refunds. Methow River Lodge Cabins: All reservations can be cancelled penalty-free up until 30 days prior to arrival. After that time, the entire reservation is charged with no refunds.

Chewuch Inn & Cabins:

  • Deposits: A 30% deposit is required for reservations booked directly through us by phone or online; 14 days prior to arrival the balance of the reservation is processed. Third-party reservations are charged in full at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: All reservations may be cancelled penalty-free up to 14 days prior to arrival. After that time, the entire reservation is charged with no refunds.

West Beach Suites, Westport Inn, Westport Marina Cottages, Packwood Lodge & Cabins, & the Sea Jay Motel:

  • Deposits: A 30% deposit is required for reservations booked directly through us by phone or online; three days prior to arrival the balance of the reservation is processed. Third-party reservations are charged in full at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: All reservations may be cancelled penalty-free up to three days prior to arrival. After that time, the entire reservation is charged with no refunds.

Future Property Acquisitions and Updates

In 2019, Frank Hotels purchased three additional tourist hotels including our second hotel in Long Beach, Inn at the Sea, our second hotel in Westport, the waterfront Westport Marina Cottages, and a retro themed hotel near the iconic Astoria bridge, the Atomic Motel. Frank Hotels now operates 12 hotels in Oregon and Washington.

For 2022, Frank Hotels' primary focus will be remodeling several of our hotels including Westshore Oceanfront Suites in Lincoln City and the Winthrop Inn along the Methow River.

We are always looking for new opportunities and hope to add second hotels in Lincoln City, Astoria, and Seaside in the near future!
